I was reviewing David Hyatt’s site and found his comments regarding the season finale of The West Wing meshed almost exactly with mine.
It’s pretty hard to engage in ‘suspension of belief’ with so many obvious plot holes. I hadn’t really thought about the bullet-proof vest before; the fact he appeared to assume there was only one perp was simply not believable for one as trained in threat analysis as he had to have been.
I do quite like the show in general, though. When I realized that the same crew had been involved in Sports Night it made perfect sense to me, based on the pacing and style of the dialogue.
