This is the first entry I’m making to this site in its new location. I’ve been feverishly testing and reviewing the site, including checking links and setting up redirects from the old site, and it appears it’s time to take the plunge and make a posting.
All the Pages are My Days is the name of this journal; I’ve been hosting it under our family site, mike-sheryl.com. Last week, I was able to register allthepages.org, and this weekend (in about 5 hours) I’ve migrated the site so that it’s using the new address: /. Redirects are in place so that all the old links to mike-sheryl.com still work.
Over the past few months my traffic, virtually all driven from google, has risen to about 80 visits a day. According to this site my google pagerank is 6, which seems like a relatively good score. Now, 80 visits a day isn’t a lot, but I am curious to see what affect, if any, the move will have on both my traffic levels and page rank.
